Who we are
ResellSorted (the browser extension and resellsorted.co.uk) is run by Raymond Holme, a sole trader based in Scotland, UK ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the limited personal data described below. Contact: hello@resellsorted.co.uk.
Data the extension reads from Vinted
When you press Sync, the extension reads your own sold items from vinted.co.uk using the Vinted session already open in your browser. For each sale it keeps only:
- item title, brand and size
- sale price and currency
- sale date and status (for example sold, cancelled or refunded)
- Vinted's transaction number, so the same sale isn't counted twice
It does not read or keep buyer names, usernames, addresses or messages, your Vinted password, or your payment details. This information is stored only in your browser's extension storage on your computer. It is not sent to us or anyone else.
Data you type in
What you paid for items and the expenses you add are also stored only in your browser on your computer. You can download a backup, restore it, or delete everything at any time from the extension's Settings. Uninstalling the extension also deletes it.
Donations
ResellSorted is free. If you choose to donate, the payment is handled by Ko-fi (Ko-Fi Labs Limited) and its payment providers, PayPal or Stripe. They process your payment details under their own policies (see Ko-fi's privacy policy). We never see your card details. Ko-fi shares with us your name or display name, email address and any message you choose to leave. We use these only to keep records and to say thank you.
This website
resellsorted.co.uk uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the website.
Emails
If you email us, we use your email address and message to reply and help you.
Why we can use your data (lawful basis)

How long we keep it
Donation records: as long as UK tax law requires (currently up to 6 years). Support emails: up to 2 years after our last contact. Data stored in your browser stays until you delete it or uninstall the extension.
Who else processes data
Ko-fi with PayPal or Stripe (donations) and Cloudflare (website hosting). They may process data outside the UK, including in the United States, with legal safeguards in place such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell or rent personal data, or use it for advertising.
Chrome Web Store data policy
ResellSorted's use of information complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is used only to provide the extension's features described here.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy of it. Email hello@resellsorted.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
ResellSorted is for adults. Vinted accounts are for people aged 18 and over.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Significant changes will also be noted in the extension's listing.
